Coursera Downloader is a Chrome extension that saves the Coursera lecture videos you can play as MP4 files on your computer. It is built and maintained by a small independent team.
What it does
The extension adds a download button to Coursera lectures in Chrome. Click it and the video you are watching saves to your Downloads folder, ready to play offline in any video player.
How pricing works
You get 15 free credits after signing in with Google, enough for 3 videos. Each new video costs 5 credits, and downloading the same video again is free. Monthly plans add more credits for longer courses.
Your data
Sign-in uses Google through Supabase authentication. See the privacy policy for what is stored and why.
